Hi, I’m Kim! I am Seattle born and Edmonds raised and I’m so glad to be back home in Edmonds.  I have been in business since 2009, moving from Washington to Tennessee and then back to Washington, photographing everything and everyone I could along the way. I absolutely love looking at life through a camera lens. I think I’ve always loved photographing life as it happens, capturing that spec of a moment in time that can never be repeated. Often, I find myself looking through old photo albums remembering things I thought I’d forgotten, and creating forever memories like that for others is my passion.

Now that I’m back in my hometown of Edmonds, Washington I’ve teamed up with my brother, who I’m pretty sure is better than me, and we’re diving head first into our joint Senior Portrait business. We know that everybody and their brother (hahaha!) has a camera, and you could take a selfie stick and take your own photograph, but we do so much more than just take pictures, we create photographs, memories. Ansel Adams said it best when he said, “You don’t take a photograph, you make it.” Mind blown, right?! Well, maybe not for you, but for us, yes. After looking through the senior portraits of this past school year’s yearbook I was appalled at what people considered good enough to put in a book history book. THAT’S RIGHT, a yearbook is a history book! I still look at mine from time to time, mostly when I need a good laugh, but that’s not the point. Well, maybe it is.

Our sessions are fun, life-altering (you never know) and in turn, memorable. We love to play music, crack jokes and make our time with our clients enjoyable.

AND REMEMBER, “There are no bad pictures; that’s just how your face looks sometimes.” ― Abraham Lincoln
